Problem

The project faced usability and navigation challenges that made it difficult for users to quickly find information and complete key actions. The existing interface lacked visual hierarchy and consistency, resulting in a confusing user experience across different devices.

Solution

We redesigned the interface with a user-centered UI/UX approach, focusing on clear structure, intuitive navigation, and responsive layouts.
