Problem
The client’s online shop struggled with inconsistent navigation, unclear product hierarchy, and a layout that failed to guide users toward purchases. These issues led to high bounce rates and low conversions on both desktop and mobile interfaces.
Solution
We redesigned the online shop with a focus on usability and conversion-driven UI/UX. Clearer information architecture, improved visual hierarchy, and responsive design elements were implemented to make browsing smoother, improve product discovery, and enhance checkout flows across devices.
