Problem

The client’s event festival platform had a cluttered interface and unclear navigation, leaving visitors unsure where to find key information and access featured experiences. Poor visual hierarchy and inconsistent interaction patterns reduced user engagement and made it difficult to convert visitors into participants.

Solution

We redesigned the platform using a user‑centered UI/UX approach, focusing on clear navigation paths, improved visual hierarchy, and streamlined layouts. The updated interface provides intuitive access to event details, schedules, and booking options, enhancing engagement and usability across both web and mobile.
By refining visual cues and simplifying interaction flows, we crafted a seamless and enjoyable experience for every user.
